Lieber Alfred
ich nehme an, dass Du mit Konfiguration das Install-Tool meinst. Das
erreicht man über das Anhängen
von /typo3/sysext/install/Start/Install.php an deine URL, wohl also
"localhost/cms1/typo3/sysext/install/Start/Install.php".
Allerdings musst Du dann zuerst eine Datei ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL im
Verzeichnis typo3conf erstellen.
