Offensichtlich benötigst du noch requireJS oder ähnliches.
RequireJS ist bereits in 6.2 eingebaut, allerdings noch nicht vom Frontend 
direkt benutzbar. Aber du kannst einfach die Bibliothek unter typo3/contrib/ 
auf normalen Weg einbinden.
