Bei welchem Hoster bist du denn? Falls du bei Domainfactory bist, probiere 
mal
$ /usr/local/bin/php5-54STABLE-CLI typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh

Ansonsten schau einfach mal, was so unter /usr/local/bin liegt:
$ ls /usr/local/bin
