6.2:
index.php -> typo3_src/index.php

Wobei die alte Methode immer noch funktioniert.
Die Verzeichnisse
fileadmin/
typo3temp/
typo3conf/
uploads/

dürfen existieren und können auch Inhalte haben. Nur eine 
typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php sollte noch nicht existieren, weil dann 
evtl. die Installation nicht anläuft. Allerdings braucht man dann auch nur 
ein Database Compare und Fix Directories machen.

Die Installation ist also einfach geworden, weil das unnötige Anlegen von 
Verzeichnissen weggefallen ist. Natürlich kannst du sie trotzdem weiter von 
Hand anlegen.
