[TYPO3-german] kein Datenbank-Connnect - Typo3 4.7.15

Hallo,

 

ich habe hier eine Installation von Typo3 4.7.15 aufgesetzt und bekomme
keinen Connect zur DB, die Daten sind definitiv korrekt.

 

Could not connect to SQL database!

 

Connecting to SQL database failed with these settings: 

 Username: ****** 

 Host: ******* 

 

Make sure you're using the correct set of data.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee, an was das liegen könnte ?
