Solange es nur so etwas ist, kannst du dir einfach die Methoden mit einem 
einfachen Texteditor umschreiben:

\TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\MathUtility::canBeInterpretedAsInteger()

Wenn du auf http://api.typo3.org nach testInt suchst, dann findest du einen 
Unit Test, welcher den neuen Aufruf zeigt.
