Du kannst die Extension auspacken (andere TYPO3 CMS Installation, ZIP 
Download im TER, DecompressExtension [1], etc) und einfach hochladen.

Im EM kannst du auch zip Dateien hochladen, wenn sie das Format 
ExtensionKey-x.y.z.zip haben.
