[TYPO3-german] Typo3 4.5.27 -> Problem Kodierung Zeichensätze Datenbank

Hallo,

ich habe Probleme mit div. mehrsprachigen Typo3-Sites (u. a. mit Russisch, 
Polnisch, Französisch etc.). Mir will einfach keine vernünftige 
Konfiguration gelingen, in der die Sonderzeichen im BE und FE korrekt 
angezeigt werden (siehe unten). Meine Konfiguration:

Apache/2.2.24 (Unix), PHP/5.3.26, MYSQL 5.5.30, TYPO3 4.5.27

[BE][forceCharset] = utf-8

GEHT - Frontend und Backend sind richtig codiert

[SYS][setDBinit] = SET NAMES uft8;

GEHT ALLEINE NICHT, macht aber auch nix, wenn forcecharset gesetzt ist

APACHE:

httpd.conf im NameVirtualHost der Seite

AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

GEHT NICHT!

Frage: warum klappt das nicht? Denn: "forceCharset  - This option is 
deprecated since TYPO3 4.5, and will be removed in 4.7. Please use proper 
tools to set your installation to native UTF-8".
