das Repository kenn auch nur 1.6.9 und dann weiter mit 2.0.1 - 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/powermail Gibt's 1.7 
überhaupt? Anscheinend ja nicht... Ich hoffe, das hilft dich ein bisschen
