[TYPO3-german] Update von 4.5 auf 4.7 und PHP 5.2 -> 5.4

Mit Ändeurng auf

static public function(){...}

Ist die Fehlermeldung weg.
Mal kucken, ob es in der Ext dafür schon einen Bugeintrag gibt
