[TYPO3-german] typo3.org downtime

We are unfortunately experiencing a longer downtime of typo3.org currently.

As typo3.org functions as authentication backend / Single Sign-On source
for all the other sites in our universe, our service is currently very
limited.

The server team is working on solving the issue, probably caused by
trouble with a RAID controller (uff.. again, as we had two weeks ago)
and we're currently coping the data to another server. We hope to bring
all services back within the next few hours.
