[TYPO3-german] Problem mit Blank Package 4.7

Habs grade nochmal getestet. 4.6 macht auch Probleme, 4.5 nicht ...

Ja alles bestens in dem Bereich. Andere Typo3 Installationen laufen ohne Probleme auf dem System nur das Blank Package haut nicht hin.
