Du findest die sourcen vom Introduction Package in GIT:

http://git.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Distributions/Introduction.git?a=tree

...und das Template, inkl. CSS und images unter:

typo3conf/ext/introduction/Resources/Private/Subpackages/Introduction/Files/fileadmin/default/templates

Den aktuellsten "snapshot" vom Introduction Package bekommst du mit:

http://git.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Distributions/Introduction.git?a=snapshot;h=refs/heads/master;sf=tgz

Inwieweit die files (images, etc.) wirklich "frei" sind (GPL), kann ich
nicht sagen. Da wuerde ich den Ratschlag von Kay folgen und die Lizenzen
pruefen :-)
