[TYPO3-german] [TYPO3-v4] Announcing TYPO3 4.5.2

Dear TYPO3 community,

The TYPO3 core team has just released TYPO3 versions 4.5.2, which is
ready for you to download.

This is a maintenance release and contain only bugfixes. It fixes
important regressions which were introduced in 4.5.1. Users of 4.5.0 and
4.5.1 are strongly advised to upgrade.
