[TYPO3-german] Fatal Error bei "Link einfügen" Datei!

Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe eine Domain von TYPO3 4.1.6 auf 4.2.12 upgedatet (TV 1.3.7).
Es funktioniert soweit alles, bis auf zwei Dinge.

Möchte ich im BE einem Text einen Link verpassen erhalte ich sofort 
folgenden Fehler, wenn ich im Verzeichnisbaum auf irgendetwas klicke.


Fatal error: Call to a member function checkPathAgainstMounts() on a 
non-object in 
/www/htdocs/......./typo3/typo3_src-4.2.12/typo3/class.browse_links.php 
  on line 2493



2. Fehler (im Moment aber nicht so wichtig)
Zudem funktioniert auch bei der DB-Überprüfung "Manage Reference Index" 
nicht. Bei Update now kommt folgendes:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at daniweber.de and 
inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have 
done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Dieser Fehler war schon immer da und triit nur mit TV auf. Ohne hat er 
das Update gemacht, bringt aber ja nichts, da die Seite mit TV läuft.
