[TYPO3-german] nach Update mm_forum läuft das Forum sehr langsam!

Hallo an alle Helfer,

habe das mm_forum auf 1.8.2 geupdate und nun läuft das Forum super mega 
langsam, manchmal auch Servertimeout. Hoster ist jweiland.
die normale Webseite läuft soweit perfekt, ausser das Forum!

Hat jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegt oder was ich einstellen muss?
