[TYPO3-german] Single pagetree, but structure should depend on domain

Hi all,
i want to have a single domain for a very long list of domains.
For each domain i will create a domain record on the rootline (root of
the website). But now i want to mark some pages as "for domain x" only,
this pages should be visable only if the frontend was called by using a
URL with that domain.
The process is similar to a user group specific page, but here this
should happen without require the user to be logged in. It should not
depend on the login or its user group permissions. Usergroups are the
same on all domains (!).
As far a i understand i need to add a new field to the page record
("access" tab) to define a:
a) no domain restriction (default: this page is visable to all domains)
b) restricted to a list of domains (list = see domain record at root line)
and this should influence the "standard rendering process" like "start"
and "stop" do.
How do i add this field?
How to add the "new access" rule to the rendering process?
Other things as shortcuts, mount points and multiple page trees (website
trees in "master and slave" mode for structure and content) are not that
must flexible as i want it to (when structure is under heavy changes,
and when i need to break the sturcture on different levels depending on
the domain).
I think it is a "big job" but i am willing to do this...
Best regards

PS: At a later step i would do the same thing for content elements
(incl. TemplaVoila FCE).
