Guter Tipp!
Finde ich so auch viel besser.
Habe mein CSS so geändert:

.csc-textpic-image a:hover img {
	filter:alpha(opacity=75);
	-moz-opacity: 0.75;
	 opacity: 0.75;
	backgound-color: #000000;
}
