[TYPO3-german] Update von 4.1.7 auf 4.1.8 erzeugt einen Parse error

Hallo Lars,

ich habe gestern abend folgenden Hinweis dazu auf die Download-Seite
(http://typo3.org/download/packages/) gestellt:

Warning: the latest releases 4.1.8 and 4.0.10 released 20 January 2009
are not compatible with PHP 4 due to an eroneously introduced "public
static function", which are only supported by PHP version 5 or later. We
will therefore soon release fixed versions (maybe with the same version
number, but it will be stated here). If you need to have a working fix
*right now*, just remove the words "public static" from the function
declaration of the function generateRandomBytes in
t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php (see patch)
