[TYPO3-german] realurl 1.4.0 und typo3 4.2.0

I actually never had that problem with a login/logout "destroying"
RealURL...

i had once problems with a hash, but that got fixed, when i went to
installtool, and then did a db compare, which just showed me that the
extension update needed a db update too...
