[TYPO3-german] Problem mit RTE - Blocksatz

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit der Config vom RTE. Mit Typo3 4.1 lief alles 
wunderbar, aber seit der Version 4.2 funktioniert kein Blocksatz mehr. 
Insgesamt gefällt mir die Config des RTE nicht ganz (hab da nicht den 
Durchblick, und eine Config ausm Netz genommen).

Wie kann ich den Blocksatz wieder einbauen?
Wie kann ich feste Überschriftengrößen definieren und feste Farben (wegen 
CI) ?
