Ich hab versucht den Wert setup.override.navFrameResizable = true auf false zu setzen, das hat die 
Einstellung aber auch nicht rückgängig gemacht. Das einzige was ging war, ausloggen, als anderer 
Admin anmelden mit phpmyadmin in der Tabelle be_users die Werte uc und TSconfig löschen.
