Lösung (ca. ab Zeile 125 in 
typo3conf/ext/sg_address/static/ts_company2/setup.txt)

Beispiel: 

ctrl {
                crfeuser_id = crfeuser_id
                defaultOrder = tx_sgaddress_category.category, 
tx_sgaddress_address.adrtype DESC, tx_sgaddress_address.adrid ASC

Ja, das kann man auch via TS Setup machen....
