Interessant, dieses Element war mir so noch gar nicht bewusst, obwohl 
ich es bestimmt schon mal gesehen habe. Das mag aber auch daran liegen, 
dass selfhtml folgendes schreibt:

"Diese Angaben werden auch vom Internet Explorer 7 noch nicht 
interpretiert."

Ich würde es über eine Classe im Bodytag machen.
