[TYPO3-german] Scheitert schon beim ersten Aufruf !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unter lokalhost meldet sich 
Welcome to the TYPO3 WAMP Installer und das Backend ist aufrufbar.

Das Frontend hat als Seite Nur : This is your first TYPO3 page!


Mit localhost/quickstart kommt folgende Meldung:

Das class.t3lib_db.php habe ich durchsucht um YES in No umzuschreiben, die
Suchfunktion findet rein nichts dar Art: passwort: Yes ; Yes usw.

PS: Habe das ganze unter Windows installiert. Unter Linux bekomme ich nichts
zum laufen. Welche Software muss unter Linux laufen. MySQL ; Apache ; PHP5
oder muss man den Webserver die Module spendieren?

Einen einfachen Webserver unter Linux hab ich zm laufen bekommen ( Suse 10.2
).
