[TYPO3-german] Doctype wechselt hin und her

Hi,

soweit ich es überschauen kann nicht.
Ich habe den Doctype sogar nochmal über das PAGE-Objekt auf strikt gesetzt
aber es bleibt bei dem Phänomen.
