Welche hast du denn verwendet? Siehe die Meldung hier:

Sagt ja schon alles! rtehtmlarea ist zweimal vorhanden, einmal in
typo3/sysext/ und einmal in typo3conf/ext/ wobei letzteres Vortritt hat und
darum verwendet wird.

Die richtige Datei ist also in typo3conf/ext/rtehtmlarea/...
