das ist klar. Im Quelltext der Seite steht der Verweis zu meiner
CSS-Datei 2x. Einmal oberhalb der Conditional Comments und dann nochmal
darunter. Dort allerdings mit falscher Pfadangabe.

href="fileadmin/user_upload/Template/ -> ccs <- /basis.css" />

Der richtig geschriebene Verweis steht genau einmal im TS Setup Code.
