[TYPO3-german] Verweis auf CSS in gerenderter Seite 2x vorhanden

Hallo,
ich weiß beim besten Willen nicht, warum Typo3 den Verweis zum CSS
zweimal schreibt. Vor allem einmal richtig und einmal falsch.
