[TYPO3-german] [TYPO3] sr_freecap in typo3 standard form

Hi at all,

I want to include the extension sr_freecap into a typo3 standard contact 
form. Can anybody help me? Or is there another captcha extension which 
work with a typo3 standard contact form?
