[TYPO3-german] GMENU führt den RO State im Explorer nicht aus

ich nutze typo3 4.02 und erstelle ein einfaches GMENU dieser art

> lib.mypage.menu.main = COA
> lib.mypage.menu.main.10 = HMENU
> lib.mypage.menu.main.10 { 
> 	wrap = <div id="menu_main" class="csc-frame">|</div>
> 	1 = GMENU
> 	1.NO = 1
> 	1.NO {
> 		XY = 245,27 |*| 245,27|*| 245,26
> 		backColor = blue
> 		
> 		10 = TEXT 
> 		10.text.field = nav_title//title 
> 		10.fontFile = fileadmin/resources/fonts/TSaOf7__.ttf
> 		10.fontSize = 14
> 		10.fontColor = #FFFFFF
> 		10.offset = 28,16
> 	}
> 	
> 	1.RO < .1.NO
> 	1.RO.backColor = red

das ist natürlich eine gekürzte variante.

das problem ist das der ro-state in firefox und opera problemlos
funktioniert aber im explorer wird nichts davon ausgeführt obwohl das
generierte html ja identisch ist.

ist das ein bekanntes problem oder bin ich irgendwie zu blöd
