[TYPO3-german] Fehler nach Installtion von 4.0 RC1

Moin!

Ich habe mir gerade die aktuelle Version 4.0RC1 installiert.

Jetzt habe ich einige Fehlermeldungen, die ich nicht wegbekomme.

Wenn ich auf Ext Manager gehe und dann auf Settings gehe, dann erhalte ich
folgende Fehlermeldung:

Dann finde ich keinerlei Extensions. Warum?
