[TYPO3-german] localconf.php is not found

Sieh doch mal im Installtool unter Punkt 1 nach, ob Typo Schreibrechte 
auf alle Ordner hat.
Ich hatte, soweit ich mich erinnere, ähnliche Probs, als ich von Visas 
auf Plesk gewechselt bin.
Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, musste ich alles auf 777 stellen, damit 
es funtzt.
Ist schon ein paar Tage her und ich bin auch nicht täglich an so etwas 
dran....
