[TYPO3-german] Doppelte Beschriftung im Mailformular

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mit dem Standard-Mail-Formular mit Typo3 4.0 das Problem, dass 
die Beschriftung bei den Radiobuttons doppelt angezeigt wird. Einmal als 
normales Label und einmal als Beschriftung für das Fieldset. Ich hätte 
aber gerne, dass nur das Fieldset da ist und das Label gar nicht erst 
auftaucht. Weiß da jemand Rat?

Soweit ich das ganze verstanden habe, scheint dieses Verhalten in der 
class.tslib_content.php hardgecoded zu sein, das kann ich mir aber 
eigentlich nicht vorstellen. Daher nehme ich an, ich übersehe ganz 
eindeutig etwas und hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen.
