Und?
Da kann er drunterschreiben was er will, es ist ja nur eine HTML-Seite. 
Jedenfalls solange er nicht behauptet das dieses *CMS* *TYPO3* von ihm 
stammt.

Aber selbst wenn, er kann auch ein *Fork* von Typo3 gemacht haben, 
dieses ist auch legal und wurde auch schon oft gemacht.

Egroupware ist auch aus einem Fork von Phpgroupware entstanden.
