[Typo3-german] Installation von Dummy3.8.0 unter Windows

Hallo Liste,
ich versuche gerade das Dummy-Pakett zu installieren.
Bis jetzt hatte ich dieses Anfänger-Pakett das mit dem Buch Praxiswissen Typo3 mitgeliefert wurde. Doch da läuft vieles nicht. 
Jetzt will ich es noch mit der Dummy installation versuchen.  Dafür habe aus dem Ordner Apache unter htdocs den Quickstart-Ordner entfernt. Dann habe ich die Dummy Zip Datei genau da entpackt. Habe bei der index.php Datei die die()-Funktion auskommentiert. Und nun gelingt es mir trotzdem nicht in das Install tool zu gelangen.
Ich kriege folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error in init.php: Path to TYPO3 main dir could not be resolved correctly.

This happens if the last 6 characters of this path, E:/typo3_Paket/apache/htdocs/dummy-3.8.0/typo3/install/, (\$temp_path) is NOT "typo3/" for some reason.
You may have a strange server configuration. Or maybe you didn't set constant TYPO3_MOD_PATH in your module?

Hat jemand eine Idee was das sein soll?
Oder ein Tip wie ich meine Installation durchführen muss?
