[Typo3-german] tt_news, multilanguage site, how to handle if news is only avaible in second language

we create an multilanguage site in
german and french 
www.urbanculture.de

the main language of the site is german

is is possible with the localization ot the news
to handle a news which is only avaible in the second language
(not in the main language) ?
