[Typo3-german] how can i install and configure the GDlib properly?

Hi,
GDlib is a library which has to be installed on the server and PHP has 
to be compiled with
the appropriate flag. So if you have your own root server you can do 
install on your own,
otherwise it has to be done by the provider or administrator.
