[Typo3-german] utf-8 und Gifbuilder

Hallo,

ich arbeite an einer mehrsprachigen Seite (Deutsch und Tschechisch). Ich
habe forceCharset=utf-8 eingestellt.
Bis auf den Gifbuilder wird dann Tscheschisch überall korrekt angezeigt,
sogar im HTMLAREA. Was mache ich beim Gifbuilder falsch?
