[Typo3-german] gmenu_layer funktioniert nach typo3 upgrade von 3.5 auf 3.8 nicht mehr

hier nochmal der ganze menucode, vielleicht wird es denn klarer. und es ist
echt so unter 3.5 gelaufen.
