[Typo3-german] fehlermeldung nach typo3-upgrade 3.6.2 auf 3.8

hallo zusammen,

seit meinem upgrade gibt es eine böse fehlermeldung, sowohl im backend als
auch im frontend.
im backend steht statt des seitenbaums, folgende fehlermeldung:

im frontend heisst die fehlermeldung:

The requested page didn't have a proper connection to the tree-root!

(Broken rootline)

hat jemand ne ahnung, wie man die typo3-istallation wieder zum laufen
kriegt?
