[TYPO3-english] Typo3 Discussion - best "forum"?

I’m remain lost as to where the best place to ask typo3 question is now.

This list serve is clearly dead (I’ll be lucky to get a response).

Is it

This looks like it’s active but there is no apparent way to sign up so that I can ask my question.  Which is….


Remove type=“”  from Javascript

Is this possible?
