[TYPO3-english] Extending tt_news

I have tried to extend tt_news with this tutorial
docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/news/2.2.1/Main/Tutorial/ExtendingNews/In
dex.html. But the fields doen't show up in backend.

I have compared the database and cleared the chache and also reinstalled my
extending extension a few times.

 

Is this tutorial old og should it work?
