Hi Jim,

Beside of the problems with aws your general setup seems being wrong as no page is showing the earth-globe-icon for the root-page of your domain.
So you've to mark one page as site-root and place a template there where enable the checkbox "Rootlevel".
In that template the text-field for setup has to include the TypoScript then, usage of the field above with constants is optional but depends on the setup too.
