[TYPO3-english] Is cHash static?

Dear Typo3 community,

I am currently developing a scientific web application with extbase, fluid, realURL and Typo3. The URLs can get very long because I am passing quite a few variables to my extbase controller. One of them is the generated cHash.
I want to ensure that I can share links to my website and they will remain valid for as long as possible. Does the cHash expire at some point or is it reset when I empty the cache of my website or anything like that? Or will a (very long..) link to very specific pages on my website keep working forever?
