    Okay, working my way through the docs. I have gotten to "Open the HTML Template." The docs indicate the template is located at <fileadmin/doc_tut_templating/index.html>. Um, no, it is not; no such directory as <doc_tut_templating/>.
    
    Where else may I find the HTML template?
