[TYPO3-english] Fluid content Element

Hy Guys i have used for many times templateVoila. IN tv i can create e content element and use in my page structure.

With fluid there is this possibility?

A found only different page layout so i i want 2 column and next content with one column i can't create in backend with add element.

I try more grid column bootstrap ext but with 7.6 crash my typo3

I use php7
