if you can’t use the disabled functions, TYPO3 won’t be able to execute programs on its behalf. 
TYPO3 uses the external ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick for its image handling (converting file formats, image sizes etc.). This won’t work with this setting.

If the ZIP extension is not enabled, you can’t install nor update TYPO3 extensions directly through the Extension Manager.

The max_execution_time limits the time a single TYPO3 request has before the process is violently shut down. Especially on shared hosting solutions, 120 s are too low a value for most sites.

While there are workarounds for these conditions it won’t be easy to get up and running and especially not for a novice user.

I don’t think you will get happy with this offer. Try to get a managed server or at least a managed virtual server to get started (for example at 1and1.it). Alternatively, choose a hoster that has a recent version of an out-of-the-box TYPO3 installation. There is a preconfigured machine at Windows Azure that you can test with a free account.

    In synthesis I have 4 errors/warnings:
    1) Some PHP functions disabled   --  disable_functions=system popen dl passthru proc_open shell_exec.
    2) PHP extension zip not loaded --  TYPO3 CMS uses PHP extension zip but it is not loaded in your environment
    3) Low PHP script execution time  --  max_execution_time=120
    4) PHP max_input_vars very low  --  max_input_vars=1000
    I have these four mistakes, and I want to know if they are REQUIRED to be solved and if competes everything to my ISP.
    May I continue the installation with this errors?
