[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 7.6.4 - 7.6.7 link wizard

Hello to all!

Is there a solution to this bug? (similar to this one https://forge.typo3.org/issues/70602)

Situation: if we want to edit an existing link in a text, the wizard loses the settings (link, title, ...) when I change from one tab to the other and back!

It's a bit annoying to our contributors because when they want to update only the title of a link, they have to retype the hole thing!
