Should be
plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG.default.company = School
or
plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG.en.company = School

and

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG.default.fe_users.company = School
or
plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG.en.fe_users.company = School
